Default pete de puissance audi a3 2L tdi 140 CH

bonjour
un client m' ramené une audi a3 2L tdi annéé 2004 avec un probléme de puissance, elle ne dépasse même pas 50 km/h, on dirai un chameau. je passe VCD pour voir les DTC, je n'ai trouvé 2 (voir photo), mais ça explique la perte de puissance.
j’été dans les bloc de mesures pour voir la quantité de recyclage du gaz échappement et la pression à la sortie de turbo, et je trouve des valeurs qui s'ecarte/ aux valeur de consigne.
on gros en dirai que le turbo ne tourne pas assez vit mais ce n'est pas remonté aux niveau DTC
quelqu'un une aidé

probleme connue avec le volet d'admission il est juste derrière la vanne egr démonté le durite et voir s'il n'est pas coincer, vérifier la fusible s'il a sauter c’est la maladie des moteur bkd ect

salut, contrôle la masse d'air , ou débranche le débitmetre voir si tu as un petit plus !, si oui c ton débitmetre il fonctionne mais ne donne plus de valeurs a un certain débit
essaye un débitmetre, ou fait un essai sur route débitmetre débranché, si tu retrouve en partie le turbo jusqu'a 3000 trs environ, c ton débitmetre, ensuite aprés 3000 la carto de secoure ne gere plus donc dégradé !!

effectivement j'ai vérifié le moteur du papillon motorise, il est bloque ouvert mais normalement ça ne devrai pas limité la puissance
mais ce que je ne comprend pas c est quand je lance un scan je n'ai pas de défaut concernant l’écart entre la pression turbo mésurée et la pression spécifique.
si il n y un problème de débitmètre je doit avoir au moins un défaut intermittent.

yop on essaye de t'aider, on ouvre des trucs on essaye d'ici on a pas la voiture nous , tu ni crois pas ! on zap c simple
pour le papillon ! tu devrait avoir une réclamation au diag aussi ? non !

pour eliminer le boitier papillon définitivement du problème, tu lance un test actionneurs papillon tu va bien voir si il bouge ou pas ! mm l’entendre

j'ai fait un test actionneurs papillon, effectivement le clapet ne bouge pas, il est bloqué en position totalement ouvert
j'ai débrancher aussi le débitmètre et j'ai roulé avec, mais pas d’amélioration. C'est paraeil

je n'ai pas l'impression que j'ai une prise d'aire qq part.
il y mon client qui passera ce soir, je vais luis poser plus de questions concernant cette panne.

Débitmètre débranché la dessus ça marche pas! Contrôle le débit d'air au diag tout simplement! As tu de la pression turbo en valeur réelles ?

je reviens au nouvelles, j'ai changé aujourd'hui le volet tubulure d'admission avec le fusible qui été HS, j'ai fait un RAZ de DTC avec vag com, un test sur la route et la voiture a trouvé sa jeunesse.
je remercie tous qui ont participé à cette discussion raed. jphp qui a fortement insisté sur le changement du volet.
