Volik8 your problem was the BSI i guess. When there is communication problem, the BSI stay in economy mode, and even if the car is running, the BSI don't see that. Check wires, and consider changing BSI.

the car did not start after a worry bsi, probably.immo off put the engine back into operation, but can not do anything for the bsi.
you have to change the bsi and you swap eeprom
