erreur 0 avec diagbox sous win10 64

Salut a tous j'ai voulu installé diagbox sous Windows 10 et j'ai un message d'erreur des que je veus l'activé.
J'ai vu qu'il fallait brancher la prise ethernet mais sans résultat.
Une personne pour résoudre le problème merci a vous.

Salut cedmtech easy l'erreur 0 il s'agit de la carte réseaux qui doit etre active, pas connecter mais fonctionnel.

après moi c'est sous win 10 64
il y a des vidéos sur le net apparemment ça fonctionnerai mais bon pour moi il y a toujours un truc qui va pas.

-netframework
-winrar et bien sur diagbox
et toujours ce foutu message 0
donc j'ai fait la manip de akasa67 et rien y fait.
la je commence un peut a être a court d'idée
il y a juste un truc que je n'ais pas touché c'est le bios après je ne sais pas si il faut modifier quelque chose.

Salut, donne moi la main sur ton pc avec TeamViewer ID et pass en MP je regarde ton probleme si tu veux.

I know 4 reasons for the error "0"

1. Your Diagbox software has a bug - very rare
Install Java 7.67 or later - through 7.79
Install Microsoft Visual C ++ 2008 or C ++ 2010
Install Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1
Install WinRAR or ZIP
Install a virtual drive, e.g. Virtual Clone
Always start the diagnostics from the Documents folder or from the DVD drive.

2. Network cards faulty - 90%
Error = 0> MAC address network card not found. The network card must be enabled to identify the computer.
Check if the drivers of your WLAN card are correctly installed on your PC laptop.
Verify that the driver is properly installed on your LAN card.
Turn on Wi-Fi, turn on the LAN card, and connect to the Internet.
No internet connection is required to install Diagbox.
If you still have "ERROR 0", then reinstall and wi-fi card and lan card always turn on.

3. Old data including registration not deleted - occasionally
use DiagBox Cleaner and clean up files from previous failed installations of DiagBox and
run CCleaner to clean up the registry.
Go to: Start Windows / Run and type "regedit" and check if there are some registry files named "Diagbox" or "actia" in the Hkey_local Machine and Hkey Current Users folders, and then manually delete them ,

4. Hard drive needs to be changed - sometimes
Make sure your hard disk controller is set to IDE or Legacy.
Only works if hdd is set to "ide" if "scsi" was issued as an error. Then add a new IDE hard disk (select the same SCSI file) and delete the SCSI disk in the configuration.

reformaté en Win 7 32 mis les programme qu'ils faut et rien toujours ce fameux code erreur 0

Merci a toi pour ton aide mais la c'est un souci au niveau du pc car j'ai déjà installé diagbox sans souci, mais celui la je viens de l'acheté et c'est chaud pour l'installation.
