sur se type de pompe le peu d huile qui est aspires se retrouve si vraiment rien soit plus de crepine ou pignon n entraîne plus

Salut

Le pignon entraine bien, ça j’en étais sur puis ce que l’assistance via la pompe a vide se fait, et la pompe a vide est entraînée par la pompe a huile.

La crepine a rien non plus, je viens de démonter c’est a rien n’y comprendre !!!

Un mecano de chez renault truck m’a dit que certain iveco il faut remplir les filtres a huiles, si non ça s’amorce pas !

Je vais rectifier la pompe, nettoyer et tout remonter avec les joints neuf, on verra …

La suite demain !

sinon des alimente l injection et donne des coups de demarreurs et voir si l huile arrive
l huile sous pression vas au plus facile donc si sa sort pas au filtre sa deviens chaud

J’ai fait ca hier, rien ne sort !
La pompe était vide !

Mise a part une prise d’air au joint de la crepine ou a la pompe je vois pas …

fais l inverse remplis la pompe par le filtre et fais tourner le démarreur si s est un probleme d amorçage sa devrait le solutionner

Oui j’y ai pensé merci, et un mecano renault truck m’a dit que sur certains iveco fallait le faire si non la pompe arrivait pas a amorcer.

Je ferais un retour quand j’aurai remonter merci !

si sa marche pas apres tes réparations dévisse le raccord pression d huile du turbo sa devrait résoudre le problème jusqu a la prochaine vidange

Oui, vu la porté de pompe à huile, cela ne peut pas venir de la. Effectivement je dirais crépine bouché ou HS, ou clapet de régul P° bloqué ouvert comme dit bracame

Salut a tous,

Je viens aux nouvelles !

J’ai remonter tout ce matin, avec joints neuf, pompe rectifiée, demarrage pareil.

Au remontage j’avais rempli le filtre a huile.

J’ai desserré le banjo pression huile turbo pareil !

Je remonte toute la face avant, pour éventuellement le rapatrier sur dépanneuse au garage.

Aller un dernier démarrage des fois que !
Et la paf, 5/6 secondes après le temoin de pression huile s’éteint comme par magie !!

Je redessere le banjo pression huile turbo et l’huile coule a flot !

Je laisse tourner le camion 30 minutes au ralenti purger le circuit de refroidissement puis part 15/20 km rouler impeccable !!!

C’est a rien comprendre !

Salut thierry,

C’est une solution possible oui, mais le filtre contient 1l d’huile la dessus, du coup pour une vidange c’est pas l’idéal, car tu re parts avec 1l d’huile usagée dedans.
