Je viens de relire ton poste un une question me turlupine as tu essayé sur route ? Ce moteur n'est il pas protéger contre les accélération a vide ? Ce qui t'empecherais d accélérer a vide ? Est ce ta voiture perso car ce bruit etait peut-être la avant?

C'est juste des interrogation pour essayer de faire avancer le schmilblick

salut, non j'ai pas voulut essayer sur route ! vu le bruit
c un véhicule de ma boite , de octobre 2011, acheté neuf
on a une 508 mm moteur 9hl 2013, j'ai essayé, ca accelere a fond a l'arret
ca cliquette un peu c tout, pas de bruit parasite ds l'admission
il y a autre chose

peut etre le FAP?

oui ca explique que ca tourne aussi bien mais quand mm 4 bars de différence entre le plus haut et le plus bas ca fait beaucoup, c déjà le maxi pour un poids lourd!
doit y avoir un leger voile des soupapes!

ça me conforte dans mon idée que 240 000 km c'est beaucoup pour une distrib!
On peut me dire ce qu'on veut, on en vois plein de dv6 a vendre avec distri cassées.
Du bol quand même qu'il n'y ait pas plus de dégats, sur autoroute ça aurait pu faire mal.

on les fera a 220000 au lieu des 240 000 a l'avenir
j'ai remarqué qu'il n'y a pas de kevlar sur cette courroie!
les dv6ted4 ont une courroie au kevlar

sur le DV6 la distri est préconisé a 240 000 ou 10 ans en conditions normales et 180 000 kms en conditions defavorables !
je preconise donc 180 000 kms

salut quand tu aura remonte refait l apprentissage complet de tes injecteurs , la correction de la derive par le calculo va etre a l ouest , le moteur sera plus regulier et plus silencieux

bonsoir, culasse par terre !
zero soupapes tordues!!
on vois bien le contact des soupapes sur les pistons, ca a bien tapé
mais pas de tordues?? pas de fentes non plus sur la culasse
on va essayer un rodage light pour confirmer l'étanchéité sur les portées!!
a moins que les poussoirs nous en mette deux très légèrement ouvertes ??

salut mon ami oui tout es bon ca coulisse bien ds les guides,
je l'ai fait rouler sur la table , pas de voile,
je l'ai ai remis juste en place et versé du diluant sur les tetes, pas de fuites,
je penche pour 1 ou deux poussoirs hydraulique bloqué ! au choc peut etre ?
sinon le rodage nous laissera des traces sur les portés

Salut je reviens sur la même chose mais ( j ai pas retrouvé mes formations marque) mais peugeot à sorti les arbres à cames avec cames monté à chaud sur tube ( possibilité aux cames de tourne sur le tube) je me rappelle plus sur quel moteur c était sorti chez PSA dsl tu peux confirmer le type d arbre à cames . Je sais que toi ça te saoule mais je trouve ce diag très intéressant et je le suis avec attention. Ta méthodologie est super et bien expliqué . A suivre courage joce
