Default Préparation tdi 150 avec un minimum de fumé

Salut les amis , étant en pleine préparation sur mes 2 véhicules ( S3 1.8T et golf 4 Tdi 150 ) ..

Mais voila le soucis se porte sur mon Tdi , je recherche a faire le minimum de fumé possible ... je déteste cette effet tchernobyl a la mode ..
Difficile quand on sait que pour augmenter sa puissance on passe par debloqué la smoke , débit ...

Actuellement les pièces dessus sont :
- Turbo GT2265 Mfs
- Echangeur frontal gros volume
- Admission Bmc
- Ligne en 63mm

Je cherche une solution que l'on pourrait adapter et atténue un max cette fumé degueu ..
Un kit water methanol aurais pu peut être aidé mais sur diesel on va évité donc que faire ????

À part remonter l AFR je ne vois pas... Tu as déjà de quoi bien refroidir l air donc à part souffler plus fort ou carrément changer de turbo il.ne reste qu à diminuer le GO. Difficile d avoir la Pmax et pas de fumée faut faire un compromis

Décidement mica on a les même gouts lol s3 et golf 4 tdi 150 4 motion
Avec un gt1722 j'arrive a sortir 230cv et un peu plus de 500 de couple
Par contre en charge obligé ça fume un peu lol

le probleme sans fumer c'est possible mais tu va perdre 15 a 20cv a peut pres.

Ça aurait été mieux de la passer sur un banc d'essai pour voir la courbe.

il faut amené plus d'air pour moins fumé ? meilleur combustion = moins de fumé ? je me trompe ? ou commencé a touché a la culasse agrandir les arrivé d'air mais aussi les soupapes .. bref trop chère comme modif ?

On arrive a avoir un bon truc avec un vnt 1722 et un embrayage renforcé
Un multimap avec 3 mod voici le mod soutenu

Damiano59 les fumées noires sont en faites des particules de gasoil carbonisées (combustion incomplète)
Il faut effectivement un "dosage" ou rapport précis air/carburant appelé dosage stochiometrique pour brûler complètement la quantité injectée de carburant.

Donc il faut dans ton cas ammener plus d air au moteur. il faut un plus gros turbo. tu as déjà un bon refroidisseur tout en alu? Car plus ton air est froide et moins elle prends de place donc plus tu peux en rentrer dans un cylindre.

Ou injecter moins mais on va dans le sens inverse pour le gain de puissance.

Après le multimap de ce que je comprends tu switch a chaque fois tes maps
Tu as une map puissance une économie par exemple
Corrigez moi si je me trompe j apprends aussi.

Pour le multimap en fait c'est soldjah du forum qui me l'a fait en fait via le régulateur de vitesse je bascule de mod. Du coup ça me permet d'avoir 3 mod distinct.
