Dear Simple
Thanks a lot for all your help and i am very astonished by your skill. Please, can you help me about a problem concerning DiagBox itself : it was working on 7.02 but from update 7-xx(7.57) until 7.850 psagent.exe fails to start : error from windows (Win7). I did'nt modify anything on my system since V7.02. So my questions are : Is psaagent.exe necessary for Diagbox in stand alone mode and what it's role ? |

Hello all,
@fufounet, To install DiagBox 8.xx and/or upgrade the APP folder, any DiagBox version higher than 7.49 will be fine. If you wish to install the APP folder ONLY (Lexia & PP2000) on DiagBox 7.xx, you can upgrade the APP folder only using APP 8.35 (see relative thread on this forum). @samii1955, I am sorry, but I really did not have the time needed to resolve these problems. @zenata, At some stage, you need to run DiagBox as Administrator, also ensure you have .NET 3.51 is installed. Are you installing on a real computer or a virtual machine? you may have hard disk corruption!! You can check by running CMD as Administrator: C:\WINDOWS\system32>SFC /SCANNOW C:\WINDOWS\system32>chkdsk /b /f /v /scan c: Please review the previous threads and other members' contributions. Simple! |
