salut que 8 bars de pression ds le rail !, ca ne risque pas de démarrer !! il faut la consigne
300 brs !! alors que ce passe t'il ?? une prise d'air ?? pas de gasoil ds le reservoir ??
la poire d'amorcage ?? le filtre a carburant ?? pompe a carburant ?? (tu l'a forcement enlevée !tu as remis l'entrainement ??) tu as un raccords en entrée du filtre blanc ! qui se clips sur 1 raccords amovible sur le filtre controle pas de fuite ?? es ce que la poire devient dure ?? entends tu le gasoil passer ds la poire ???
tu as désamorcé, ??? du gasoil coule qq part ?? par terre ?? tu un petit morceau de tube transparent sur la culasse aprés le filtre tu vois le gasoil dedans ??? des bulles d'air ???

Hello

Comme le signale jphp regarde si tu as bien du gasoil en entrée de la pompe .

Sur SID 803 la consigne sous action demarreur est de 270 bars , ton régime moteur est ok ( 288 tr/mn ) .
Par contre vu que ta pression mesurée est trés faible ( 8 bars ) le régulateur de débit a un RCO supérieur a la normale sous action démarreur , 42 % sur ton diag .
Plusieurs choses a vérifier :
a) Présence gasoil en entrée de pompe
b) Présence ou pas de gasoil en sortie de pompe ( ou sur la rampe )
c) Vérifier ton régulateur de débit Attention , un membre du forum a déja eu un souci similaire , a priori il y avait une inversion des connecteurs entre régulateur de débit et régulateur de pression
Pour lever le doute tu débranche celui du haut qui normalement est le débit et tu controles le défaut remonté par le diag.

A prés il peut y avoir d'autres composants a vérifier ( injecteur , capteur pression rampe ... ) mais déja il faudrait savoir si ta pompe HP fonctionne .

Salut, sur SID 803 , attention au couple de serrage des injecteurs et lors de la dépose, est ce que tu les a couchés? Car c'est du piézo et ils ont pu se vider. Pour moi si tu as isolé le calage distri, le branchement des régulateurs part sur les injecteurs j'ai déja eu le cas j'avais bien contrôlé si prise d'air, mise à l'air réservoir, essai pompe HP, contrôle avec mano digital en place du capteur de pression de rail, contrôle des retours,RAS. Pour finir injecteurs HD et j'avais 8bars de pression sous démarreur.

de l'air dans le rail et les tubes d'injecteurs !! qui fait tampon !! desserre un peu les raccords sur les injo et lance le démarreur du gasoil doit sortir sur tous ,
