Default Joint de culasse HS ou pas C2 1.6HDI 110CV

Salut

Cela concerne une C2 1.6HDI 110CV.

Madame a roulé sans ventilo radiateur car HS pendant quelque temps .

Donc le ventilo à été remplacé; mais lorsque je roule le moteur monte en température jusqu'a 105°C et ensuite le moteur ce coupe. Le ventilo se déclenche bien.

Est ce que c'est un sécurité depuis le calculateur pour protéger le moteur ?

J'espère que le joint de culasse est OK car vu la place dans le compartiment moteur il y a de quoi ce posé des questions si il est pas plus judicieux de déposer le moteur.

Vous pouvez pas savoir la flemme que j'ai pour faire cela

salut 105 ° c'est la temperature normal de déclenchement du ventilateur jusque là c'est bon , reste a savoir pourquoi le moteur se coupe !! il ni a pas de securité qui coupe le moteur !! juste des alarmes stop si tu surchauffe mais 105 est normal sur HDI
controle tes masses moteur chassis batterie chassis il ne faudrait pas que ce soit le ventilo qui bouffe le courrant es ce que l'alternateur charge ?? la batterie ok ??

Le ventilo est neuf, mais il peut etre possible qu'il soit HS.

la premiere temp de déclenchement du ventilo est 105 donc tout est normal si le moteur cale quand le ventilo s'enclenche c'est que soit la chute engendrée de courant inpact le calculateur soit les masses il ni a pas de securités qui coupe le moteur a 105° controle les broches sur le calculateur vert de gris ?? ajoute une masse sur le corps du calculateur
controle le circuit de charge et la batterie

avec outil de diag , utiliser les actionneurs ventillo
petite et grande vitesse
voir aussi actionneur thermostat piloté
voir si le bouchon vase est ok

voir avec un thermometre laser que tu pointes sur les durites
pour voir si l'eau circule
et comparer les valeurs température avec valeur de l'outil diag

ha oui controle les cables sur la batterie des petit qui alimente le BSM mal serré mauvais contact directement sur les bornes de la batterie
c'est un truc comme ca ton histoire

Sinon, lorsque madame conduisait la C2, elle n'a pas vu de voyant ou de coupure moteur ?

Je demande cela juste pour savoir si c'est depuis le changement du radiateur.

Vérifie aussi si tu as de l'huile dans le vase d'expansion (ou des bulles d'air) ou l'inverse dans l'huile moteur.

Salut voici le défaut que j'ai alors que les 2 dernière diag il n'y avait pas de défaut.

Défaut fugitif
Signal pression gazole Court-circuit au plu ou circuit ouvert ou valeur trop haute.

Code défaut: P0193
Regime moteur: 1670 tr/min
Tension capteur pression carburant : 4980mV
Pression gazole: 619 bars
Débit injecté mesuré : 1mg/cp
Etat moteur : Moteur en fonctionnement


Pour info vu que c'est un défaut fugitif , normalement je devrais pouvoir redémarrer le moteur mais c'est pas le cas .

Je peux relancer le moteur seulement plusieurs heure après.
La température compartiment moteur doit être en cause.

On doit être sur la bonne voie.

Hello

Ton souci de coupure moteur est à priori lié a ta pression GO comme le signale bkprog13
Le calculateur n'autorise le redémarrage que si le défaut n'est plus présent et surtout après 2 minutes de coupure contact ( power latch )

Tu peux donc vérifier au bout de quelques minutes quelle est ta pression GO , si pas correcte voir le capteur et sa connectique , il est aussi possible que le mauvais contact soit lié à la température de ton moteur mais attendre 2 heures c'est bizarre , bouge ton faisceau au niveau du capteur pour confirmer .
