bonjour
je viens de faire ce calculateur monté sur une golf 6 1.6 tdi, mais j'ai un problème
intervention à faire un "off" sur egr"
au passage: controle débit injecteurs: 2 injecteurs hors limites avec problèmes de régulation pression G OIL, 'c'est normal
première lecture au fgtech, unlock ok
je remonte le calculateur démarrage ok
pas de lecture au fgtech
je passe au ktag
lecture eprom ok
déblocage eprom ok avec "unlock pcr"
lecture obd avec kess ok
écriture au kess après traitement de fichier ok
le problème: un démarrage sur dix, et une énorme fumée
dtc avec odis: bougie de préchauffage,
le problème de démarrage n'existait pas avant "le off sur egr"
quel est votre avis

Le mieux dans ton cas est de nous posé ta Fls origine et Egr off déjà voir si soucis de carto ?? Car si tu ne l'avais pas avant ton egr off cela veux en dire pas mal sur ou mettre le doigt

je sous traite ces travaux avec un collègue qui à un logiciel original avec un support en ligne, il m'a fait plusieurs calculateurs, tous OK

Salut débranchez veux pas dire egr condamner ou boucher. Si elle reste ouverte tu as aura ces problèmes..

peux tu poster tes 2 fichiers map? Il n'y a pas de raison qu'avant la modif ça fume pas puis que ça fume après modif. Même en officiel on est pas à l'abri. Ou sinon tu remets avant tout l'original et tu refais un constat (d'ailleurs c'est ce que tu devrais faire avant d'aller plus loin)

J ai jamais eu besoin de débrancher l egr sur un pcr2.1 par contre effectivement si elle n est l'un capable d être fermé etanche (encrassement, casse du clapet) il faut condamné l arrivee des gaz dans l admission.
Mais je ne pense pas que ce soit ça ton problème si ça ne le faisait pas avant.
Reecris ton eeprom ori avant unlock et voit ce que ça donne

j'ai encore un flou dans la procédure
lorsque j'ai fait l'écriture, j'ai laissé l'eprom unlock
la procédure officiel comment doit elle être faite, en réécrivant l'eprom verrouillé, ou non?
