Re,

Tu ne dis pas si en pressurisant le circuit basse pression de gazole, le démarrage à froid est mieux !!!!
Essayes de le faire en entrée de pompe HP.

est ce que quand le moteur ne demarre pas est ce qu il tourne vite
regarde son ta soupape de recyclage ne reste pas bloquer fermer donc pas dair qui rentre dans ton moteur
ps:c est le volet a l entre de la pipe d admission celle ou la grosse durite est branché.

Ces le fameux R5 2.5TDI IP, debranche l'unité de controle injecteur pompe et verifie ta pression de préalimentation au niveau de ta pompe tandem derriere (difficile d'acces), pendant la phase demmage tu devrai avoir 2.5 bars mini.

le pb c'est que ton bourrin demmare nickel a chaud ! donc la tamden j'y croit pas trop mais je penche plus pour celle qui est dans le puit de jauge.

regarde d'abord si le circuit de mazout na pas de prise d'air
ensuite il y a surement un fusible et un relais de prechauffage en dessous du boitier fusible qui est pres de la batterie
