Default Capteur rail

Bonjour à tous,

Je m’adresse au specialiste bmw.
En cas de disfonctionnement du capteur pression de rail en general sur ce voitures,est ce que l’ecu prend une valeur refuge?

Pour info le vehicule sur lequel j’ai un doute est une e90 en 325d.
La panne fait suite au branchement d’un boitier «*booster de puissance*» sur le capteur de rail.pas de demarrage meme apres demontage et code defaut capteur rail.

Le vehicule demarre (plutot difficilement) mais dans les mesure j’ai une pression qui suit la consigne.400 bars au demarrage.la pression augment jusqu’a 1500 tours ou ca redescend a 400 puis remonte de nouveaux apres

Salut,

A partir du moment que l'ECU déclare un défaut sur un capteur, la valeur que tu visualises ne peut pas venir du capteur.
Ce que tu lis sur ton outil est juste une valeur cartographie.

Débranche-le, et tu devrais avoir la même chose.

Non greg j’y ai pensé que sur le chemin du retour.j’ai appelé mon collegue pour qu’il fasse l’essai demain matin.

Salut gary,

théoriquement, sur ce modèle, oui lorsque tu débranches la capteur de pression de rail le DDE prend une valeur refuge, et il n'empêche pas le démarrage.

En revanche si celui ci envoie des valeurs erronées, et que le delta autorisé entre mesure/consigne pression de rail est dépassé, le DDE passera en "mode dégradé", limitation débit injection, limitation pression de sural et voyant DDE allumé.

Pour être sur, côté historique de la panne, le véhicule à fonctionné après le branchement du boitier ? Ou la panne est apparue dès le début ?

400 bars au démarrage ça fait beaucoup, et tu parles de pression puis de tours/min, désolé mais c'est pas très clair pour moi... c'est juste pour pouvoir t'aider le mieux possible l'ami.

Salut l’ami,

Merci pour ton aide.effectivement j’ai dit une connerie.le boitier branché pas de demarrage.une fois debranché demarrage laborieux et pas de puissance.

En gros au ralentit 400 bars.tu accelere ca monte doucement jusqu’a 460 et a environ 1500 tours minutes la pression retombe a 400 bars d’un seul coup.puis elle recommence a monter a partir de 2000 tours environ

Mon collegue viens de faire l’essai.la voiture fonctionne exactement de la meme maniere.c’est donc bien une valeur refuge que prend le dde.c’est bien ce que je pensais mais je voulais confirmation.merci a vous

Si valeur refuge, valeur figée.

Quand tu dis 400 bars au ralenti, c'est la valeur lu au diag de la pression de rail, pas la consigne ?

Ton phénomène de pression de rail, qui monte jusqu'à 460 bars (capteur branché et valeur lue au diag) et qui chute, c'est du au DTC enregistré, le DDE doit piloter le régulateur de pression en bout de rail, car il n'autorise pas la montée en pression du rail.

Ca sent le capteur de pression de rail HS vu le contexte.
