Default réglage tige wastegate turbo géométrie variable

slt slt,

qui aurait de bon conseil sur le réglage de tige wastegate de turbo géométrie variable. je viens de passer en tgv sur 1.6 tdci et celui que je viens d'acheter l'ancien proprio la déréglé il se déclenche a partir de 3000trs

tu es sur de ça ? car je pense que le turbo s'ouvre et se ferme à la demande de ta carthographie et si ta westgate à une anomalie t'aura des défauts au diag as tu vérifier ton électrovanne pression suralimentation et toutes les durites ?

C'est asse simple , en position repos , t'es ailette sont ouverte , ce qui équivaux a aucune pression du turbo , et en position pousser tes ailettes ce ferme pour diriger l'air sur le turbo , donc il faut que tu déplace ta vis pour tirer tes ailette vers la position fermer , fait un marquage est fait tourner ton écrou 1/4 de tour et recommence pour arriver a trouver ton réglage .

On ne sais pas sur quel type de moteur tu as installer ce système , mais si tu avait un turbo classique et que tu installe un tgv , normalement ça ne marche pas dans les meilleur condition , tu devrais avoir des défaut qui apparaisse au niveaux de ta suralimentation . A voir .

je viens de regarder et le débattement entre position ouvert et fermé comme tu me dis n'est pas important peut-être 8mm et c'est monter sur du 1.6 tdci et j'ai les carto de la n75 dans le prog et bien sur je le pilote....c'est une ford fiesta 90cv tdci et le 110 est en tgv

normalement , il y a une impulsion de décente au démarrage sur certaine carto pour contrôler le bon fonctionnement .

Quand tu parle de décente tu entend quoi ?

enfaite il n'y a pas d’impulsion...il reste en bas quand je démarre! mais je pense a un mauvais réglage au niveau de la carto mais comment corrigé sa...je vien de faire rouler la voiture un peu sa pousse bien mais je saute les 2 bar je pense mon mano est de 2 bar et moi je ne veux pas tout sa! 1.7 bar me suffirait

c'est un turbo plus gros équivalent d'un gt20 oui la carto est modée mais je ne comprend pas le réglage vu que l'ancien proprio du turbo a bidouiller la tige de la wastegate mon capteur map changé et elcv changer

effectivement , c compliqué, pourtant la carto devrait gerer, turbo plus gros ou pas ! c pareil , ??
a moins que la commande soit tordue ?
a moins que la carto soit a l'ouest !!
fait a l'arrache, les protections dégradées ?? ont sautées ?
tu pourrai poster la carto?
un chiptuner pourrai contrôler ?

jp ma carto n'est pas bonne a cause du turbo fixe a l'origine du 90cv mais elle est piloté de sorte a avoir un overboost et le pilotage (la même que sur 110) les carto ne sont pas pareil sur 90 et 110 il me faudrait juste comprendre comment baisser la pression manuellement avec le turbo! ou si tu préfère trouver le réglage d'origine du turbo :) c'est sympa de te pencher sur mon cas merci

contrôle quand mm si la commande fonctionne, avec TGV au repos c pression max
si la commande est hs, ca explique en partie, c un moteur PSA ??
par contre la carto devrait te mettre en dégradé 2 bars c trop, 1.8 c déjà bien
tu as plusieurs problèmes je pense, le mod et la gestion turbo ca déjà, et la commande en deuxieme, tu a remis l'ancienne commande ?? tu as un capteur de position ?
tu avais un TGV avant ??
