Default probleme de demarrage zafira 2.2 dti

salut a tous je vien d'attaquer une opel zafira 2.2 dti qui demarre seulement au start pilote mais une fois quel demarre impossible d'accelerer tourne seulement au ralentie default autocom :
-P1630 defaillance critique de quantite de la pompe a injection !
le default s'efface et revient !

Pas de chance la pompe vp44 vaut un bras (dans les 1000€ en echange standard) et déconseille fortement en occas (maladie) , mieux vaut changer le transistor.
Controle comme meme les durite de retour d'injecteur.

salut a tous j'ai donc demonter le calculateur au dessus de cette pompe et effectivement fil sectionner niveau de la soudure j'ai commender un kit de reparation avec l'irl 2905 et j'ai verifier les fils des electrovannes celui a l'arriere avait les deux fil en court circuit dans la gaine merci a samnguen au passage qui m'a dit de verifier les fils dans l'attente du kit a+

kit recu et la pompe reparer au faite je me suis tromper il s'agit du 2.0 dti a une broches c'etait bien probleme electronique et non la pompe elle meme la voiture tourne comme une horloge et monte bien dans les tours aucun default sujet !

Désoler j'ai,lu entre les lignes oui quand,le transistor et hs la pompe se désamorce et le moteur sur bcp se met en default

bon rebelotte cette zafira a encore merder le collegue a changer carrement le moteur et monter dessus un moteur x20dth de vectra 2.0 dti de 99 maintenant demarrage impossible alors que ce moteur dumoin la vectra roulais !
d'apres vous peut on adapter le x20dth a la place du y20dth de zafira si oui y'atil des modif a faire parmis vous y'en a t'il qui aurais deja essayer !
au diag j'ai un default le p1630 intermittent j'arrive a l'effacer du coup meme quand j'ai zero dtc elle ne demarre pas !

zero default a l'antidemarrage prechauffe s'allume ainssi que voyant voiture et clef le tous s'etain normalement !

► Défaut P1630 pompe à injection défaillante
► Essai de le démarrer au starpilote puis si tu arrive à le maintenir au ralenti avec le starpilote, tu as bien un problème d'alimentation en carburant!
► Attention pompe injection très très fragile sur les 2.0L

Sur certains Zaphira le retour de l'injection ne va pas au réservoir mais retourne aux injecteurs.
Dès qu'il y a prise d'air sur le retour soit par les durites de sortie des injecteurs soit par les joints de retour situés sous le cache culbuteurs tu as de la difficulté à démarrer, car tu réaspire de l'air.
La meilleur solution est de transformer et de brancher les retours via un raccord en T directement sur la durite qui mène le surplus au réservoir.

Salut , c'est sur tout les zafira A diesel que le retour va sur l'alim . Et oui la modif que tu propose fonctionne .
