Default probleme berlingo 2006 1.6 hdi

bonjour
j ai un preobleme sur ce vehicule berlingfo 1.6 hdi 90 9hx.
on me l a amené perte de puissance et fume beaucoup.
un coup de diag->defaut egr
je change la vanne ->apprentissage->ok
plus de defauts mais meme symptomes....
ratatouille affreux a 3000 trs en accelerant sur place
pas de defauts memorisés...
en parametres moteur
je m apercois qu a 3000 tr le debit d air ne suis pas du tout la consigne...
une idée?

jai deja eu un client avec le meme probleme electrovanne de commande du turbo qui etait hs la soupape du turbo restait ouverte resultat pert de puissance et fumer noir

elle demarre tourne meme assez rond au ralenti
mais quand on fait monter a je dirais 3000tr
ca fume noir et ca tourne carré
je parle essai non en charge a l arret
et c est la vers 3000 trs que je vois dans mes parametres que la consigne debit d air est tres tres loin d etre atteinte...
pour moi c est sur le circuit d air mais ou?
vanne egr neuve
