Default Limaille de fer dans huile

Salut,

Cela concerne une Renault Laguna 3 coupé équipé d'un moteur 2L DCI 180Cv.

Après une vidange et un passage démon dans l'huile il y a beaucoup de limaille.

À votre avis cela pourrait venir de ?

Pompe a huile ?
Coussinets ?

est-ce qu'il y a un problème connu sur ce type de moteur ?

Salut,
Il y a des soucis de graissage de kit distri defois| regarde bien le pignon de vilebrequin defois il manque carrément des dents.
Et sinon le problème de coussinet de bielle est probable aussi mais je n est pas eu le cas perso sur ce moteur.

salut effectivement comme t as dit julienp prob de distribution chaine qui s allonge ect.. mais pas de souçis coussinet connu pour ma part si ça peut t aider crdlt vv58

sur ces moteur en 180cv bien sur pas vu non plus de casse turbo mais c est pas ce qu il ya de plus par chez moi

Bonjour, déja avec un aimant dans l huile tu pourra éliminer les coussinets car ce sont des alliages tendres

Démontage du carter fait et nettoyage de ce dernier réalisé.

La chaîne qui entraîne la pompe a huile m'a l'air bien détendu.

Je connais pas l'historique de ce véhicule.

La distribution doit être faite tout les combien ? actuellement elle a 250000km.

Bon, concernant la distribution elle doit être faite tout les 160'000Km.

Le véhicule est a mon frère, c'est grave comment les gens dont mon fréro croient que les distributions à chaine ne sont pas à entretenir.....

Je n'ai pas vu de tendeur de chaine pour la pompe à huile ...

Normal il n'y a pas de tendeur de chaine pour la pompe à huile !
Par contre moi je n ai jamais fait de distri en entretien C est noter nul part.

Lorsque tu changes le pignon du vilebrequin, tu changes bien la chaîne et tout le reste ( guide, tendeur et pignon ...etc) ?

Salut, dans la nuit, j'ai fait quelques lectures, concernant ce moteur.

Nous sommes bien d'accord qu'il s'agit d'un moteur M9R ?

Il s'avère que ce moteur est assujetti à des problèmes de coussinets .

Par contre vu la quantité de métal récupérer il devrait y avoir un claquement de au niveau de la bielle incriminé.

Salut
Oui tu change le kit avec pignon vilebrequin quand ça arrive.
Et tout le moteur sont consernés par le coussinet !
C était un problème de fabrication des coussinet.
Je ne sais plus la période
Genre 2004- 2009
Mais je ne suis pas sur du tout !
Le problème sur ce moteur il faut déposer le moteur pour contrôler les coussinet.(du moin enlevé la boîte de vitesse.)

Salut pour les soucis de coussinets chez Renault c'est jusqu’à 2007 .(c'est les ingénieurs qu'ils ont dit ;) )
Par contre si tu as vraiment beaucoup de limaille dans huile après intervention sur ta distri nettoie en plus ton refroidisseur d'huile.
Et si possible fait une vidange intermédiaire pour évacuer le maximum d'impureté.

Tu démonte la poulie damper et tu tourne pour voir toute les dents.
Il faut également enlever le joint à lèvre (joint Spi).
