bonjour a ts je cherche une doc pour la dépose du turbo sur cette audi A6
on a commencer le démontage, par tous ce qui était apparent
le turbo bouge mais il doit rester une fixation !!

le tube de retour d'huile je pense, mais on y vois rien sur c V6

Ce qui gene la dépose c'est
1 la durite de retour d'huile qui se trouve en dessous, il y a juste une vice a retirer pour qu'elle soit libre.
2 tu as une durite noir en métal qui par du refroidisseur de l'EGR et qui longe le turbo il faut la dévisser et enlever le colier entre la durite noir metal et la durite en "caoutchouc". Puis maintenir le tubo par la partie froide et le tirer vers le haut tout en le faisant basculer en arc de cercle vers la droite du moteur, moteur face a nous bien entendu :)

salut, on l'a déposé, il est partit pour remplacer la géométrie, sur PARIS

il restait, 1 vis allen dessous horizontale, et oui le tube de retour d'huile, il a fallut l'enlever d'abords dessous sur le bloc pour le dégager du turbo, ensuite on a dut vidanger le liquide de refroidissement pour débrancher et éloigner le tube et la durite de l'échangeur EGR le turbo sort en l'amenant vers la droite et vers le haut, oui

Danger mon ami, tu a un problème de géométrie variable , je ne voudrais pas te faire peur mais tu va flipper, ayant une 3.0tdi a6 c6 moteur bng j'ai eu 2casse de géométrie variable. J'ai retrouver des particule métallique dedans. Après diagnostique pousser car 2 casse en 2 mois je voulais plus avoir de blague . J'ai supprimer le pré cata mais le problème étais ailleur. Le fautif étais les collecteur inox d'origine ( en Inconel exactement) d'échappement qui partais en morceau au niveaux de la bride entre collecteur et compensateur . Donc vérifié avant remontage . Problème connu chez Audi , solution placer les collecteur en fonte du moteur asb . Ma quattro étant booster 297 ch les collecteur ne suivait pas les hausse de température . A vérifier
