Salut les amis,

Me revoilà après avoir effectuer quelques tests supplémentaires.
J'ai testé le circuit de suralimentation:

-mis sous pression du curcuit de suralimentation après debitmetre jusqu'au volet tubulure d'admision=>OK

-mis sous pression du haut moteur, depuis la volet de tubulure d'admission=>OK

Par acquis de conscience, j'ai mis une plaque sur l'EGR, en sortie de refroidisseur.

Je rappelle que je n'ai pas de défaut de capteur de pression de suralimentation, en le testant il passe de ~1000mb à 2500mb sans souci. IL n'y a pas de fluctuation de pression au ralenti ou moteur éteint.

Sans vouloir donner de piste, le turbo est un échange standard photo en pj.
J'ai regarder sur internet...référence ne ressort nulle part.

Dites moi ce que vous en pensez?
On peut pas dire que ca sort de chez Garett...

Magaratz,

Effectivement il me reste ta proposition que je n'ai pas essayer. C'est aussi celle qui me rebute le plus.J'ai apelé le vw du bout de la rue...je lui ai parlé de la fameuse note interne le mec etait largué...encore un bureaucrate...lol

Sinon tirer 2 cables pour le capteur de pression. Ok, mais comment tu vois la chose?
1-Je coupe sur la prise du calculo et a la prise du capteur et jen retire dautres. (Avec soudure)
2- je repique des fils au calculo et au capteur pression (2eme paire de fils en parallele)

Ce turbo a été reconditionné, c'est clair.
Tu as regardé derrière la plaque bleu s'il y avait une ref?

Bon les amis, suites au conseils de Magaratz (que je remercie au passage), j'ai retiré des fils du capteur de pression/température au calculateur (voir photo).

Verdict: PAREILT
Toujours le même probleme. Pression qui ne dépasse les 1500mbar de pression, soit 500mbar de suralimentation.

Quelqu'un a un avis? lol

salut, contrôle ta distrie, sur ce moteur le pignon de vilebrequin as une mini clavette usinée, des fois elle s'arrache, le pignon glisse, c pas detectable en diag, mais ca tire pas
