la procedure de calage est comme l explique JPHP tu cale le vilo cote embrayage par le trou dans la cloche
tu defait le couvre culasse tu aligne la fente avec le plan de joint et tu l immobilise avec une cle ou un plat au choix
tu debloque le pignon aac
tu pige la pompe et tu pose la courroie tu sert le tendeur dans le bon sens tu depige et tu verifie et tu dvrais pouvoir demarrer

et avant de demarre tu resert aac

ok j'ai trouver, tu as soit tendeur hydraulique, soit manuel, soit pignon de pompe réglable ou pas ! ?
en tous cas tu enleve le cache culbuteur et au bout de lAAC tu as une fente qu'il faut aligner avec le plan de culasse
fait cà déjà, tu va devoir déccrocher le pignon de l'AAC tu debloque la vis a peine, et un petit coup de marteau derriere le pignon , il faut qu'il soit libre de tourner sans entrainer l'AAC
pour la pompe tu as une pige

Cache culbuteur enlever
J'ai mis la clé Plate derrière AAC
J'ai dévisser le boulon mais la poulie bouge pas .
Je peut pas taper au marteau t'a le carter derriere.
Et c'est tendeur automatique et pignon de pompe réglable

tu peu essayer sans forcer a casser quelque chose c est de glisser deux tourne vis entre le pignon et la culasse et quelqu un qui tape avec un maillet sur l écrou de l aac

solution de dépannage a faire avec doigte

slt si c'est un aaz c'est moi je prend un fer plat que je met sur l arbre a came et ta une pige de 8 mm a la pompe et une flèche coter boite qui doit correspondre au volant moteur pas de clavetage aac il faut le desserrer le décoller caler et tous bloquer 2 tour moteur vérifier si tous et ok apres sa doit allez jai refais 2 aaz décaler fallais tirer sur le démarreur pour metre en route et sa tirai pas

oui tu met un truc derriere le pignon entre le carter et le pignon et 1 coup de marteau sec sur le carter là et ca se decroche facile
pour la pompe tu met quand mm la pige, tu pourra regler après si jamais

le aaz n est pas le même mais pour la distri la méthode et identique sa vas tous seul la dessus tu et la 3 eme personne qui et un décalage j en ai fais 2 pareil

oui généralement cela se fait facilement si tu es bien caler et que tu as toujour le meme problème ta pompe a surement la maladie des pompes avec particule métalliques

c comme ceci pour le calage
tu decroche le pignon AAC , tu debloque les vis du pignon de pompe tu met ton vilo au repaire, tu met la clé ds la fente AAC, tu pige la pompe vis desserrer ,
quand tu tends la courroie, les pignons tourne mais pas les arbres,
tu rebloque tout et roule c calé

J'ai réussi a débloquer le pignon aac
J'ai caler vilo, aac, et pompe (3 boulon desseré)
Je met la courroie , je tend, je serre le pignon pompe et le Aac en dernier .
Je fait 2 tour , je vérifie les repère il sont bon.
Je demarre sa demarre fume claque et cale

Bon maintenant elle demarre tient le ralentit mais il est pas stable, t'a des variation de régime et elle fume grave

Elle claque et fume et quand j'accélère fort elle monte et cale

salut, si tu es bien sure du calage, alors ton pignon de vilebrequin a laché il a une mini clavette, qui fait fusible quand la distrie saute,
le pignon du vilo , tu va devoir retomber la distrie !
le pignon du vilo n'est pas très cher ! moins de 40€ de mémoire

Mais jen pense que j'ai décaler la pompe parce que ils ont demonter la poulie cranté et la poulie d'entraînement.
J'ai demonter le capteur derriere la pompe au milieu des 4 tuyau j'ai 5 trou
Un au milieu et 4 sur les côté
Jen pense que mon probleme vient de la
